The staff and I had a tres bon time bringing Paris to London for Pride Westerns Pride Prom: A Night In Paris. One night only LGBTQ Youth were able to be free and express themselves! In case you missed it check out the photos captured By Imaginandi Vis Imaging.
Myself, and PrideWestern would like to say thank-you for allowing us to host our Prom at Lavish. The turn out was great and I have received much positive feedback. The place looked incredible and I really appreciate all of the work you put into it. I look forward to working with you again on any future events. I would also appreciate it if you could send along our thanks to both Cassandra Moore and the other two queens for such a fantastic line up of shows
[TRAILER] Fabulous High (New Gay TV Series)
Fabulous High is a new TV series created by Derek Villanueva & Sean Willis that follows the lives of high school characters, facing the realities of teenagers today. Fabulous High incorporates LGBT themes, stories, and characters. The fast paced and quick witted series, follows the characters’ personal struggles with identity, acceptance, relationships, and well… high school.
The acting looks amateur but the show does look kind of interesting. I’m sure a lot of highschool folks could relate to some of the characters. Check out the official promo:

500 gather for funeral of bullied gay 14-year-old who thanked Lady Gaga before committing suicide
More than 500 people gathered yesterday for the funeral of a gay 14-year-old who took his own life after becoming the target of bullying both at school and online.
Jamey Rodemeyer, from Buffalo, New York, blogged about being suicidal and thanked Lady Gaga before committing suicide last Sunday.
Complete strangers were among the mourners who turned out yesterday to support the Rodemeyer family at the service at Saints Peter and Paul Church. [read full story]
