LAVISH/ELEVATE Details for Friday, June 15th (Beach Night)

This Friday there is 2 local groups hosting parties at LAVISH & ELEVATE! If you’re planning on joining one of these exciting parties here are the details!

[INSIDE LAVISH]
-Pride Prom & LAVISH are collaborating for a party for the youth called Pride Beach Prom!
-The event runs from 8PM-1AM for youth ages 16-19.  $10 tickets can be purchased at the door.
-This is a chaperoned event.  There will be no liquor being served inside LAVISH at that time.
-This will be a private affair for the youth from 8PM-12AM. After 12AM everyone can join on the dancefloor!

[ELEVATE ABOVE LAVISH]
-ProjectBE is hosting their annual Pre-Teaser show for the Pride Fashion Show.
-The (19+) party is from 8PM-2AM with full service on the patio.
-Entrance is through LAVISH – just cut through straight to the back and upstairs. There will be a $2 donation collected at the door before heading up to ELEVATE.
-The beach party starts on ELEVATE, then we bring you down for the Pre-Teaser Show inside LAVISH at 12:30.

The staff and I had a tres bon time bringing Paris to London for Pride Westerns Pride Prom: A Night In Paris. One night only LGBTQ Youth were able to be free and express themselves! In case you missed it check out the photos captured By Imaginandi Vis Imaging.

Myself, and PrideWestern would like to say thank-you for allowing us to host our Prom at Lavish. The turn out was great and I have received much positive feedback. The place looked incredible and I really appreciate all of the work you put into it. I look forward to working with you again on any future events. I would also appreciate it if you could send along our thanks to both Cassandra Moore and the other two queens for such a fantastic line up of shows

Tickets are also available at JENNIFER NATURALS, located at 796 Dundas St. On the day of Pride Prom, Jennifer Naturals is providing FREE hair and make-up for youth with Pride Prom tickets from noon until 7pm. If you want would like to enjoy this service, please purchase your ticket at Jennifer Naturals so that you can make an appointment at the same time.

Thank you to Jennifer Naturals for sponsoring the event and allowing volunteer stylists to work with them on this project. There are 3 spots left for volunteer make-up and/or hair stylists who wish to help show our youth how special they are. If you’re interested please contact amazoncollective@gmail.com

We are pleased to announce TO WHEELS and THAIFOON/LAVISH are sponsoring a new GIANT UNISEX BICYCLE. The bicycle will be raffled away to a lucky ticket holder. The bicycle will be on display Saturday May 27th and Sunday May 28th at LAVISH. Pride Prom organizers will be on site Saturday to gather donations from patrons who wish to support Pride Prom. Organizers will be on site Sunday for the CAMEO all-ages dance with remaining tickets for sale.
