[FASHION] Claudia Schiffer For Guess 30th Anniversary
GUESS is pleased to celebrate 30 years of iconic ad campaigns with the debut of the 30th Anniversary advertising campaign video featuring former GUESS model, Claudia Schiffer.
The video was developed under the creative direction of Paul Marciano, CEO and Creative Director of GUESS? Inc., and directed and shot by photographer and longtime GUESS collaborator, Ellen von Unwerth. Paul and Ellen partnered in 1989 for Claudia’s first GUESS campaign and the three have reunited now for the print and video campaign to celebrate this special milestone for the brand.
The video was shot on location in Sorrento, Italy and showcases the limited edition items that make up the GUESS 30th anniversary capsule collection. The collection draws inspiration from iconic pieces featured in archival GUESS images, updating them with a modern twist.

Last Saturday the party was on fire! Things definitely got hot up on the dance floor at LAVISH’ 3 Year Anniversary Party! Thank you all who came out and a special thanks to Doug/Aidan & Adam for the gifts (you shouldn’t have)!
3 Years! Wow! Time flies when you’re having fun! The biggest joys of hosting a party is seeing everybody’s hands in the air when a beat drops, all the voices singing when a campy song comes on and just watching folks mingling and having a good time. All the nice tweets {the morning after} are great as well.
This year we brought Heroine Marks down from Toronto for the {3rd} time to entertain! She set the roof on fire with her amazing Adele impersonations. We still got one more video to upload but you gotta check out the ones below – so much fun!
If you noticed some bodies walking down from the patio this weekend, it was my brother. He shouldn’t have & I gave him shit. Folks are anxious to {ELEVATE} above LAVISH but it’s such a tedious, custom project that it takes time. From below you can notice that the staircase was put in 3 weeks ago. After the staircase was put in the contractors precisely measured out the railings which takes another 3 weeks to custom build to fit – which is getting installed this week. After the railings are in then custom fitting tempered glassed will be measured out, cut and installed – yet another 3 weeks. Up top – folks will have to wait and see!
I’m excited to announce our next big event in a couple weeks – Studio 54 starring Cassandra Moore! We haven’t had a disco themed event since first year opening so this will be an exciting party! Get ready to sweat with DJ Pablo Ramirez (formerly McFly) spinning the best of house, top 40, remixes, Lavish anthems with a splash of disco funk (it’s raining men, i will survive, staying alive).
