A FIRST IN LAVISH HISTORY!
So yes I get it, according to many queer women LAVISH’s events are usually geared towards gay men…the poster designs and dancers are usually half naked men, not to mention all the drag shows! It’s not on purpose, being a gay man it’s kind of natural to be influenced in that direction :\ . What I find interesting is that my gay counterparts are like, “why are there so many lesbians here?” and on the flip side my lesbian friends are like, “there are so many men here”. From my DJ Booth view, the ratio between gay & lesbians are equal! And that’s what I love most about LAVISH, the mix of gays, lesbians & straights alike.
So we’re about to mix it up a bit and see what happens… (fingers crossed)

LAVISH is introducing a brand new night ‘SUGAR’ ! The success of the launch will determine if SUGAR is sweet enough to continue as a monthly series.
The potential SUGAR series will be geared towards queer women, BUT will have an open door policy to all gay men, straights, friends and supporters of the queer women community.
